ACRE™ is a sustainable new material that combines the durability of PVC and traditional composites with the warmth and workability of real wood. Engineered from upcycled rice hulls, ACRE is strong, stiff, lightweight and offers exceptional performance. It looks and feels like wood, but resists water, weather, pests, rot, and splintering. ACRE is easy to cut, drill or fasten using regular tools, producing less static and no harmful dust. Cut edges remain smooth, requiring no heat or glue. ACRE can be stained or painted with water-based paints. Naturally beautiful, low-maintenance, and easy to work with, ACRE elevates building materials to a whole new stage of evolution.

ACRE™

ACRE products are generally cooler to the touch than most synthetic or traditional composites. It does not heat up significantly and therefore offers a great option for the marine industry. Its cool step increases comfort on every kind of deck that is used mostly barefoot.
